The Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a collection of specifications that defines a browser-based learning Content Aggregation Model, Run-time Environment, and Sequencing and Navigation protocols for reusable content objects. At its simplest, it is a model that references a set of interrelated technical specifications and guidelines designed to meet DoD high-level requirements for distributed learning content.
