Military Handbook (MIL-HDBK-29612)
The five-part series of documents, MIL-HDBK-29612 (Parts 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5) provides a comprehensive discussion on the acquisition and development of training products for DoD. We have provided a link to Part 1, Guidance for Acquisition of Training Data Products and Services, and to MIL-PRF-29612B, Performance Specification for Training Data Products. While these specs and handbooks are excellent resources, they were written when an earlier version of SCORM was in effect. For more information, refer to the ADL Acquisition Guidance Document.
