COCOMO-SCORM Project Cost Estimating Model (COSCOMO) Prototype COSCOMO is a derivative of the popular software cost-estimating model COCOMO II (version 2 of the Constructive Cost Estimating Model) that provides a cost estimating capability for SCORM-conformant courseware. This model and associated tool is the result of a 2005 ADL prototype and should therefore not be considered a supported product.

The COSCOMO prototype tool is available for download as a Microsoft Excel Add-In.
