The Reload Content Package and Metadata Editor is an open source, freely available software application. It was originally developed by the Bolton Institute in the U.K. to support SCORM 1.2 content package development. The ADL Initiative updated the application to support SCORM 2004 content packaging, simple sequencing, and IEEE Learning Object Metadata.
